    Description

      Considering Maxscale is a proxy, we often experience the fact that is not possible to upgrade without downtime.

      We would like to have a way to upgrade maxscale without downtime.

      Markus mention a "magic" linux socket thing to bind to the same port multiple times.
      This will bring uptime to 999,99 if we dont need to shutdown the maxscale service
