Initial config not stored for servers

At startup, the configuration of an object read from a static configuration file is stored with the object itself. This is to make it possible to detect if multiple runtime changes end up reverting the state back to the one in the static configuration file, in which case the runtime config file can simply be deleted. This is currently made for all objects, except servers.
