Show the current zoom ratio in the configuration graph

The configuration graph allows users to zoom in/out and pan using the mouse's scroll wheel and drag gestures. However, these interactive actions are not known to users. Adding a dropdown to indicate the current zoom ratio would implicitly improve users' awareness of the zooming functionality.

This functionality has already been implemented for the ERD worksheet, so bringing the same feature to the configuration graph should be straightforward.
