    Description

      since https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MDEV-30366 in 11.5.1, a new capability MARIADB_CLIENT_BULK_UNIT_RESULTS permit to indicate that server support returning a resultset indicating unitary bulk result. Maxscale has to support advertizing this new capability.
