SQL_MODE=ORACLE assignment doesn't recognize autocommit=0

The assignment to autocommit isn't detected by the parser but this ends up having very little effect in MaxScale 23.08 as the autocommit state is still correctly detected by the transaction state fixing code that reads it from the OK packet. Older versions may incorrectly track the transaction state if SQL_MODE=ORACLE is used with autocommit:=0.
