Description

The minimal way to reproduce:
1. Configure maxscale with a monitor and two servers.
2. Stop one of the servers.
3. Start "watch -n 1 maxctrl list servers" in a terminal.
4. Start and stop maxscale. It is not 100% reproducible, but happens often.
