    Description

      • Split headers into one in include/maxscale containing public declarations, intended for use by modules and one in server/core/maxscale that includes the one in include/maxscale and in addition declares things intended for use by the MaxScale core.
      • Add the mxs prefix to public types and values (enums, typedefs, structs, defines, etc.)
