replicate_rewrite_db is no documented in server settings list

In the server settings list there is no reference to reference-replace-db: https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb/server-system-variables/

Please add it.

Please also mention that replicate-do-db is executed AFTER replicate-rewrite-db. So if you only want to replicate the rewritten db(s) you need to specify the rewritten name(s).
