[MDEV-9119] Document that engine independent status doesn't collect stats for blob/text columns - Jira

Description

From ~~MDEV-7383~~ it was discovered that there is no max/min column statistics on column stats where the column is text/bolb or the long/short versions.

Task ~~MDEV-9118~~ suggest removing there retrieval of stats on text/blob columns generally.

Can these limitations be documented please?
