binary tarball INSTALL-BINARY instructions do not mention shared library dependencies

    Description

      Current Linux binary tarball releases have dependencies on:

      • libaio1 (10.0 and 10.1 mysqld)
      • libjemalloc1 (10.1 mysqld)
      • libreadline5 (10.0 and 10.1 mysql command line client)

      These are usually missing in basic Linux installations (e.g. they are not part of an Ubuntu base installation)

      INSTALL-BINARY should mention these dependencies ...
