Remove mysqlbug

    Description

      mysqlbug has been obsolete since MySQL 5.5 (https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/mysqlbug.html), and has been removed in MySQL 5.7 (https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mysqlbug.html). It's also of no use for reporting MariaDB bugs. The script and the associated man page should be removed from MariaDB.
