switching plugin build from shared to static should clean shared library on the next build

    Description

      If one decides to build a plugin as builtin after initial configuration, then shared plugin output must be removed on a subsequent build.
      otherwise mysql-test-run.pl is confused, and may attempt to use the stale shared version of a plugin.
