Wrong error message on attempt to kill somebody else's query ID

    Description

      MariaDB [test]> kill query id 44;
      		 
      ERROR 1095 (HY000): You are not owner of thread 44

      It was fixed for a non-existing query, apparently should be fixed separately for a stranger's query.
