MTR prepared statement protocol skipping statements starting with '('

Our mtr tests currently skip over normal select statements beginning with '(', such as

(SELECT c1 FROM t1 ORDER BY c1 LIMIT 2)

ORDER BY c1 = MAX(c1) OVER () DESC, c1 LIMIT 1;

when running in --ps-protocol

There should be no issues adding support for this.
