    Description

      To start with the basics, non-array arguments aren't reported as errors.

      Due to const arg swapping, the reported parameter can be incorrect when an error/warning is reported.

      The OOM errors don't result in an error.

      Requires json_normalize use of json_engine from MDEV-40165
