InnoDB compilation fails with AHI disabled (-DWITH_INNODB_AHI=OFF)

    Description

      Recent testing by tafzeel showed that compiling InnoDB from main branch with AHI disabled via CMake flag (-DWITH_INNODB_AHI=OFF) yields compilation errors. The earliest version in which the errors reproduce is yet to be defined.
