COALESCE() Columns for NATURAL FULL JOIN

    Description

      FULL JOIN yields result sets with columns from both tables participating in the join (for the sake of explanation, assume base tables).

      However, NATURAL FULL JOIN should not show what amount to duplicate columns in the output. Rather, it should COALESCE() the output columns so that only one set of columns from the FULL JOIN appear in the output.
