Proposal: increase JSON_DEPTH_LIMIT

    Description

      I propose raising the statically configured depth limit of 32 to 512.
      I am aware that work is being done on a "unlimited" depth, but this is complicated and will not make it to 12.1.
      Furthermore, since 2022 (https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MDEV-29995) people have been running into the limit of 32.
      Increasing the constant will work for all supported versions and is trivial to "backport" to the applicable branches.
