add mode 2 and 3 to CALL columnstore_info.load_from_s3

    Description

      For externally managed MariaDB cluster , running cpimport is not possible, so also mode 3 is not possible.

      So add into .load_from_s3 an option for mode with same behaviour like in cpimport
