Description
MariaDB perform_dialog in contrast to Oracle perform_dialog introduces local var "first" which is set to 1 and never changed.
I think the intention was to reset it 0 once the mysql->passwd is sent. I haven't checked if the rest of the function will work correctly once first becomes 0.
