Remove default pid-file option from server config

    Description

      The pid-file option is not needed in systemd (and docker). There is no reason to keep it by default in the configuration files deployed. This is not a problem nor urgent to fix but there seem to be some divergence between Fedora/RHEL packaging and MDBF packaging (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mariadb10.11/blob/rawhide/f/mariadb-ownsetup.patch) and this would help maintenance.

      • Fedora/RHEL (and derivates): pid-file=/run/mariadb/mariadb.pid
      • MDBF packages: pid-file=/run/mariadb.pid

      The documentation will probably need some modifications too.
