Description

It is broken on newer Windows (11, Server 2005) or compiled with OpenSSL
After ~~MDEV-33834~~ effectively excluded the test from Windows CI, due to TLSv1.3 requirement in the test.
~~MDEV-12182~~ broke the diff then, because on Windows, all audit entries would have port number, but on Linux only one
