    Description

      Specification:
      All other specification and limitations remaining same as MDEV-36733, CLONE LOCAL statement must support cloning tables created with following Storage Engines (SE).

      1. MyISAM
      2. MREGE (MRG_MyISAM)
      3. CSV storage Engine
      4. MyRocks

      Development Note:

      1. Refer to Common Storage Engine Clone Interface from main-MDEV-35248 for MyISAM & CSV
      2. Extend for MyRocks - Refer to Mariabackup
      3. Translate all Maria Backup mtr test for clone. Add more mtr test as necessary to cover the new code.
