OPTIMIZE TABLE for graph indexes

    Description

      this is a good chance to rebuild the index when a data set is available all in advance.

      Ideas:

      • do not rebuild, but relink the graph. see e.g. how Vamana does that (RobustPrune)
      • do not select node levels at random, starting from the old graph we can see node distribution and promote nodes that are at the center of their cluster
