Add tests to spider-gbh tickets for 10.4-6 with the spider_use_handler workaround

    Description

      This is a sister ticket to MDEV-32238, which introduces a new switch to disable spider GBH in 10.10+. In 10.4-6 the workaround is set spider_use_handler=1. Add corresponding tests.
