Add support for catalogs as a separate part of the URI in CONNECT engine

This is an optional low-hanging fruit.

With MDEV-31917 CONNECT engine support using catalog.db or CATNAME= in the create table statement. Sergei suggested supporting mysql://hostname/db/table?catalog=cat1. This ticket is to record this potential addition.
