Deprecate ENCODE()/DECODE()

    Description

      AES_ENCRYPT()/AES_DECRYPT() should be recommended to be used as encryption functions.

      ENCODE()/DECODE() are unsafe and can be easily cracked.

      Warnings need to be added when using the function
      1287 'ENCODE()' is deprecated and will be removed in a future release
      1287 'DECODE()' is deprecated and will be removed in a future release
