No deprecation message shown for mysql_fix_extensions

    Description

      Upon executing mysql_fix_extensions, the deprecation message from MDEV-29582 is not shown (451f63c7). For the sake of completeness, and on the admittedly off chance that somehow a developer uses only this executable and none of the others and thus would be less aware of the change, the message should be shown.

            The script can be replaced with a BASH one-liner in documentation as only someone who is an admin of a POSIX OS would use this anyway. I recommend adding something to https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mysql_fix_extensions/ as well to mark this as deprecated.
