When a mysql client connects to MariaDB, put warning into server error log

    Description

      To help administrators identify when MySQL tools/scripts are being uses to connect to the MariaDB server, the error log can provide a point of tracing.

      Option from TheLinuxJedi; client version string. If you use "mysql" then we can send "mysql". Then the warning would also trigger for MySQL's command line tools, which is also a good thing I think.
