      Quoting comment in MDEV-515:

      "In MDEV-24818, my plan is to implement an opt-in mechanism for this, to allow faster processing of mysqldump output:

      SET foreign_key_checks=0, unique_checks=0;

      A nicer mechanism will be provided in MDEV-25036."
