Add SSL to TABLE_TYPE=MYSQL

    Description

      There appears to be no documentation on how to enable SSL for TABLE_TYPE=MYSQL and looking at the source there's no trace of any SSL related operations for it either. Adding support to it would make it usable in environments where encryption is required.

      Due to MDEV-29675, TABLE_TYPE=ODBC with the MariaDB ODBC driver cannot be used to avoid this limitation. Otherwise using the MariaDB ODBC driver would be a suitable alternative, or even the preferred one, for TABLE_TYPE=MYSQL.
