Extend plugin's SQL service with missing functions

Details

    Description

      The missing functions are mysql_options, mysql_fetch_lengths, mysql_set_character_set, mysql_num_fields and mysql_select_db. This task blocks MDEV-29490 since after it, i.e. after symbols renamed, plugins using SQL service and these symbols won't build
