Description

Due to subscription issues, we cannot install missing compression libraries on RHEL-8 ppc64le builder, which in turn means we cannot build compression provider packages for bzip2, lz4, lzo. Only lzma and snappy are currently built.

rhel8-ppc64le builder now has all the compression libraries installed and the providers check in buildbot is passing now:
