Disable binary logging for SQL SERVICE

    Description

      Plugins usually don't need their queries ran with the SQL SERVICE to be logged to the binary log.
      Though sometimes it can be desired.
      So we should either disable binlogging for the SQL SERVICE at all or let user to control it.
