10.5.5 Sid amd64/i386 packages have been pushed to the main repo, so the mirrors will be updated once they next rsync.
The remaining architecture gaps are a longer project, but very doable.

Packages have been added for Stretch arm64, Buster arm64, and Buster ppc64el in the latest 10.3/4/5 releases

Quite right. Appears to be all mirrors that I sampled don't have a sid 10.5.5 package while sid 10.5.4 package is there.
Also architecture gaps need fixing:
10.5.5 stretch - amd64, i386, ppc64le
10.5.5 buster - amd64
10.5.4 sid amd64, i386
notably missing arm64 too from all versions
