Windows zip files 10.4.14 have an embryonic data folder

    Description

      Hi,

      Unlike all other 10.4 versions, 10.4.14 zip files for Windows have an embryonic data folder.
      We don't pay attention to this since previous versions didn't have any, so we spend some time trying to find out why mysql_install_db.exe seems to generate only a test folder in the data folder before we realize that we have to delete this superfluous data folder before running mysql_install_db.exe.
