Documented query_response_time_range_exec_time_debug variable doesn't exist or is wrongly named

The variable query_response_time_range_exec_time_debug documented here (and maybe somewhere else) doesn't seem to exist, at least I can't find any signs of it in the code.

There is however query_response_time_exec_time_debug, probably that's the one the documentation meant.
