Please remove sleeps from server_audit and thread_pool_server_audit

    Description

      These test cases spend 18 seconds sleeping each. Please use some other sync mechanism like DBUG_SYNC or wait_until_count_sessions.inc.

      Besides sleeps are very unreliable sync way, we have been getting many sporadic test failures that rely on sleeps.
