Configuration allows incomaptible choices for wsrep_sst_method.

    Description

      wsrep_sst_method=xtrabackup and xtrabackup-v2 are available configuration options on server 10.3 and always result in failed SST. 

      [ERROR] WSREP: Failed to read from: wsrep_sst_xtrabackup-v2

      As with other incorrect option configurations, selecting these values for wsrep_sst_method should throw an error on service startup.
