Cannot use lz4 compression method on Fedora 27

      # rpm -qa | grep lz4
      		 
      lz4-libs-1.8.0-1.fc27.x86_64
      		 
      lz4-1.8.0-1.fc27.x86_64
      		 
      lz4-libs-1.8.0-1.fc27.i686

      The server is running official 10.2.13 RPM package for Fedora27, the error message show liblz4 cannot be found.
