      add slave_type_conversions value

      [feature request]

      it appears that users think that set slave_type_conversions ALL_LOSSY implies ALL_NON_LOSSY
      in order to achieve that regarding the docs it should be set
      slave_type_conversions= ALL_NON_LOSSY,ALL_LOSSY
      it might be more convenient if have optional separate value which is equal to ALL_NON_LOSSY,ALL_LOSSY
