Add ASAN instrumentation

Details

    Description

      Instrument MEM_ROOT and mem_heap_t.

      Safe malloc disabled for WITH_ASAN=ON.

      With this patch ASAN is able to catch eg this bug

      Also remove unneeded header inclusions.
