    Description

      set sql_mode=ansi_quotes;
      		 
      create table t1 ("select" int) partition by range ("select") (partition "select" values less than maxvalue);
      		 
      create table t2 (f1 int) partition by range (f1) (partition p1 values less than maxvalue);
      		 
      show create table t1;
      		 
      show create table t2;
      		 
      set sql_mode=default;
      		 
      lock tables t1 read local;
      		 
      unlock tables;
      		 
      show create table t1;
      		 
      show create table t2;
      		 
      drop table t1;

      • expression is stored as is, parsed as is, printed as is
      • partition name stored/printed always with sql_quote_show_create=0, inconsistent, not future-proof
