dgcov "summary" report

    Description

      dgcov used to support summary and "purecov" comments. This feature was removed in MDEV-11560, it needs to be added back.

      When run without --only-gcov option (that is, when checking the coverage of the specific commit), it should print a summary like "N lines covered, M lines not covered". It should pay attention to "purecov" comments and not count appropriately tagged lines as "not covered"
