Description

Installer creates my.ini n the data directory. Search path does no include this directory (can be verified with mysql --help).
MySQL has fixed it (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/option-files.html refers to
%PROGRAMDATA%\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\my.ini, which is my.ini in their datadir)
