innochecksum binary and other tools do not report complete version info

    Description

      ``innochecksum`` only reports the version of MySQL it originally came from, doesn't mention MariaDB version number, or that it is from a MariaDB release at all:

      mariadb-10.1.16 > bin/innochecksum --version
      		 
      InnoDB offline file checksum utility.
      		 
      bin/innochecksum Ver 5.6.31, for Linux (x86_64)
