Masthead navigation is functional according to the initial specifications document.
Some issues to be fixed (will be sent over to the developer) are the arrangements of the sub-menu items to be aligned with the parent menu items. Colors will also be changed to make visibility easier.
The Downloads button will be treated separately to see how to add a sub-menu to it.
