CentOS 7 bintar compatibility with old buildbot

      10.6, 10.11

      • Remove tinfo.so from bintar as a generated dependency for mariadb client
      • Investigate libpthread.so absence in auth_gssapi

      10.11

      • provider_bzip2.so and provider_lzo.so are not created. Install required libraries in bintar.

      • Upgrade GnuTLS version
