Intel TDX - setup & benchmarking

Follow up on the discussion with Intel,
we now have a host running on a TDX capable CPU.

Major actions (separate sub-tasks can be created).
-> Enable TDX on Host
-> Decide on Guest OS setup
-> Create TDX enabled Guest VM
-> Decide on benchmark setup
-> Run benchmarks for non-TDX/TDX guest
-> Prepare results
-> Decide on what should be highlighted and prepare blog post
