Description
- Comment moderation was to reduce spam
- The first comment a user makes requires moderation; after this is approved, they can comment freely
- An edge case means that when a user asks a question (which doesn't require moderation), if they get a response, or just want to post a followup, the comment is held for moderation
- Ian is the only person moderating comments, which means that there can be a delay, leading to a poor user experience
- Ideally, comments from users on their own question should not need moderation
